ORDINANCE No. x.25 <br />By Dr. Walt <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND <br />APPROPRIATION. OF FUNDS FOK VARIOUS PURPOSES <br />DURING THE YEAR _1952., <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE V]ZLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, TP~O-THI1~S OF THE _MEI~BERS ELECTED THERETO CONCURRIlVG, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. To the extent that, during the year 1952, any <br />expenditures- i~'ave been made by or under authority of the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for any items in excess of the amounts <br />appropriated therefor by the appropriation ordinances and amendments <br />thereto adopted in 19529 or for items for which no specific appro- <br />priations were made by said ordinances, the Clerk of the Village of <br />Mayfield is hereby authorized and directed to transfer sufficient moneys <br />from other appropriation items which have not been fully expended and9 <br />if necessary, from moneys in the General Fund not otherPri.se specifically <br />appropriated, to cover such expenditures, and the moneys so transferred <br />are hereby appropriated for the purpose of making such expenditures. <br />Sec. 2.
