Scheuring <br />AN Ei1~RGENCY ORDINANCE ENACTID BY THE V1ZI.AGE OF HAYFIEr.n <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, IN THE MATTER OF THE HEREINAFTER . <br />_ DESCRIBID IMPROVEMENT, UNDER THE. SUPERVISION OF THE <br />DIRECTOR .OF HIGHWAYS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOC~ COUNTY, <br />STATE OF .OHIO, THAT: _ . <br />Sec. le Whereas, the Director of Highways is considering the matter <br />of the fo owing improvement under his supervision of the publi.e highway <br />particularly described as follows: <br />The improvement of S. R. 91, Sec. 13.29, Hayfield, known locally <br />as S. 0. H. Road, by resurfacing the existing pavement with T 35 <br />asphaltic concrete on that part of the above designated route which <br />lies within the corporate limits of the Village of Hayfield and between <br />the following described termini; <br />Beginning in the centerline of S. 0. M. Road, as now established, <br />at the intersection of Wilson Ivgills Road and S.R. 91; <br />Thence from said place of beginning, Northerly along said center <br />line to a point of intersection with the Lake County line and there <br />terminate, being in all a distance of 2.1.Z~ miles; <br />and <br />Whereas, it is declared to be in the public interest that <br />the consent of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, be given for the above <br />described improvement, under the supervision of the.
