Sec® lo- The Mayor and Clerlt are hereby authorized on behalf of the <br />Village o~3ay~ield to enter into an agreement in writing with the City <br />of University Heights Ohio for the use of the radio broadcasting fac:i.lities <br />of Station KA~.931~ in connection with the motor vehicles operated by the <br />Po]a.ce Department _of the Village of Mayfield for a period of two years <br />commencing June 1st, 1953, and ending ~Y 31st, 1955, unless said <br />agreement is sooner terminated by either party upon 60 days written <br />notice of such intention. Such agreement is to provide that the City <br />of University Heights will broadcas~b calls and messages on Station <br />Kl~i 93~. when and as requested by the Vi7.],.age of Mayfield, and that the <br />Vi1l.age of Drla,yfield shall pay therefore at the rate of x].5.00 per month, <br />or any part of arty month for one- way ser~ri.ce only, and for all other <br />service at the rate of $20.00 per month for 50 calls or less a month, <br />or any part of a month,.~25.00 per month for 51 to 200 calls a month <br />or any part of arty month., X30.00 per month for 201 to 300 calls a <br />month or any part of ar~y month, and $$35.00 per month for over 301 <br />calls a month or arty part of air month, plus arty additional expenses <br />incurred by the City of University Heights for toll ca]1s, long distance <br />telephone calls, telegrams, or charges for excess calls in connection <br />with such service. <br />Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the <br />Village ~`reasury the stun of ~35e00 per month, plus such other amounts <br />as may be necessary during the term of said contract to pay certain <br />services to b e rendered thereunder.. <br />Sec. 3. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to take such steps as <br />may be necessary to the execution of-said contract. <br />SEC. ~:.
