Sec. 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1~2-1953,°passed June 22, 1953, be, and. is, hereby amended to-read as follows: 'tSec. 1. That to provide a fund for the payment of the cost and expense a1..nn an~icipaton of the co]lection of special assessments herein levied for the improvement of Wilson Hills- Road from the west corporation line of Hayfield Village to the west line of Echo Drive by the con- struction therein of a water main and appurtenances and .the improvement of S.O.H.. Center Road from the center ]3ne of Wilson Hi11s Road norther]y to tlie.north line-of the Board of Education property by the construction therein of a-water main and-appurtenances and to cover the remainder of the property owner's portion of the-cost of said improvements, in accordance with Resolution No. 181-1951 adopted January 29, 1951 and Resolution No. 182-195'1 adopted January 29, 1951, it is necessary to issue .and sell. bonds of the-Village of Hayfield _in the sum of ~9?~,171.18, w3i3.eh amount includes an amount estimated to be sufficient to pay the. interest thereon until the proceeds of said assessments are avai7.able.~~
