ORDINANCE No. x.53 <br />By Dr. TTaltz <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ATTEND SECTIONS 1 and 3 OF OR.D-ItIi ~TCE <br />No. l~51 ENTITLED: ~oAN ORDIlS4NCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE <br />ISSUE OF NOTES IN ANTICIPATION OF THE LEVY OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSTJIENTS.AND IN ANTICIPATION OF.THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS <br />Il~ ANTICIPATION OF THE COLD CTION.OF.SPECTAL ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR THE IT~'PROVEN~TT OF BONNIEVTEN~ ROAD." <br />WHFREA.S, Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County <br />Ohio has hitherto passed Ordinance No. 151 to provide for the issuance <br />of a note and bonds in the sum of X17,600.00 in anticipation of the <br />collection of special assessments for the improvement of Bonnieview <br />Road by the installation of a water main and appurtenances therein; and <br />WHEREAS, as the result of bids since submitted by contractors, <br />it appears that it will not be necessary to borrotiv more than ~13,000e00 <br />for such purpose. <br />NO~~iI THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE V7ZLAC~E OF <br />1~gYF~LD, CUYAHOCtA COUNTY OHIO, THAT <br />Sec. 1. Sections 1 and 3 of Ordinance No. I~51 entitled: ~'An <br />Ordinance~o~rovide for the Issue of Notes in Anticipation of the Levy <br />of Special Assessments and in Anticipation of the Issue of Bonds in <br />Anticipation of the Collection of Special Assessments for the ?mprovement <br />of Bonnieview Road's are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 1. That it is hereby declared necessary to issue the <br />bonds~t e Village of Mayfield, Ohio, in the principal sum of <br />x¢13,000®00 for the purpose of raising money in anticipation of the <br />collection of special assessments for the improvement of Bonnieview <br />Road from SOT12 Center Road in an Easterly direction to the Westerly <br />line of Beech Hill Road by the construction of an 8'~ water main <br />with appurtenances therein, as provided for in Resolution No. 22~ <br />passed on the 21st day of July, 19530 <br />Sec. 3. That for the purpose of raising money in anticipation <br />of the le'~vy of special assessments and in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special <br />assessments for the improvement of Bonnieview Road by constructing <br />a water main therein with appurtenances thereto, in accordance <br />with the legislation heretofore passed by th.e Village Council <br />with respect thereto, to pa.y the property owners' share of the <br />cost and expense of said improvement, it is hereby declared <br />necessary to issue and there shall be issued a note of said <br />Village in the amount of ~13~000000, <br />
