This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for tie immediate preservation of the public health, ti~relfare, peace <br />and safety of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order to provide <br />the necessary additional funds in order to increase the appropriation for the <br />Fire Department in order to provide adequate fire protection for the Village, <br />and this ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its date of passage. <br />Passed thi 15th day of March, 1954® <br />
