WHEREAS, the Board of.Covnty Commissioners has tentatively <br />approved a Maintenance and Repair program for the year 195t~; and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads to be maintained and repaired <br />are Village Streets and also County Roads known b y the following names <br />and lying between the limits designated, viz: <br />Road <br />From <br />To <br />Highland <br />Wilson Mills <br />White <br />Lander <br />S.O.M. Center Road W. Lire Mayfield Village <br />Lander Road E. Line Mayfield Village <br />S.Q.M. Center Road W. Line Mayfield Village <br />S.Line Mayfield Village Wilson Mills Road <br />WHEREAS, the maintenance and repair is to include the follo~ri.ng <br />operations: <br />1. Repairing roadway berms. <br />2. Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systens. <br />3. Cleaning, repairing and treatment of road surface. <br />J~. Mo~rring weeds on berms. <br />5. Repairing and installing guard rail. <br />6. Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs. <br />7. Painting center lines and marking R.R. crossings. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 2T ORDA IldED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE V?LLAGE OF <br />HAYFIELD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Sec. 1. That it is declared to be of public interest that the <br />consent of e.lage by and such consent is hereby given to the maintenance <br />and repair on the above mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid, <br />by the Board of Covnty Commissioners. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />ordinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and <br />' safety; such necessity exists by reason of the fact that freezing and <br />thawing action has created hazardous conditions on these roads, in <br />consequence whereof great public inconvenience would be suffered and public <br />
