Ih1HEREAS, at a general election held in the Village of may.fie7.d, Ohio on the 7th c1ay of RTovember, 1922, the question of issuing bonds of said village in an amount in excess of one-half of one per cent of the total value of a11 property in such vi].lage as listed or assessed for taxation, that is, in the sum of $12'000.00 f'or the purpose of arecting or puschasa.ng works for the generation and tra,nsrnissior_ o:f electricaty and for •the purpose of supplying elec-tricity to the corporation and the inhabitan.ts thereof wa.s sub- mitted toma vote of the aualified elec-tors of such village, a3.1d YffiERPAS, tvro-thirds of the voters vot'Jing at such elec-tion vpon the questioiz of issuir_g sazd bonds vo'ued in favor thereof, and IMRE-AS, this Council has requested the C1erk to issue his certii'icate As to the estimated life of the property or improve- ment proposed to be acq_uired or constiructed from the proceeds of the bonds hereinaFter referi•ed to, and the Clerk has certifzed to tha.s Council such estimated 7.iie as fifteen yearsi and has further certi.- f ied the maxi.m.uri maturi-L-y of such bonds as fifteen years, and ZrIFiP-RFAS, this Council estima.tes that a tax for said bonds wi].1 appear upon the dup],icate f'or the Jear 1923, and that the final tax settlemen-t with the County Trea.surer next follorTing the inclusior_ of : tax for thi.s issue 9.n the annual budget bf the County ,p,uditor, as provi.dEd by 1aw, will be obtained not eaYla.or thant the-first day
