i? <br />QRDINAHCE NO. 4 ? <br />An ordinanoe creating the otfice of deputy <br />marshal and authorizing the appointment <br />thereaf. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Counoil of the villege of Mnyfield, Statcs of Qhio, <br />two-thirds of all lpembera elected thereto ooncurring: <br />SECTIOAT Z. The Couneil deems it neoessary to create, and there <br />-. ? <br /> <br />is hereby created, the offica of deputy marshal. Such 8eputy marshal shsll <br />be appointed by the Mayor by and with the aonsent of the Counail and sha11 <br />hold hia ofriee during the pleasure of the Mayor. <br />SECTION 2. 3ueh deputy marshal shall be paid suah salary or <br />oompensation as the Council me.y trore time to time determine and authorize <br />and he shall be entitlod to receive and rete.in as his further compensation <br />all tees taxed in civil attd criminal oases for servicss performed by hiin <br />in his official eapaoity. He shall give bond in the swn of Five $undred <br />(500) Dollars, with good and sufficient surety to be appraved by the <br />Counoil. <br />STCTIOIi 3.
