Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />ORDINANCE 1V0. 54. <br />By: Mr. Bennett. <br />AN OftDINIiNCE granting to THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC ILLliTAINATING <br />COIatPAIVY, its successors and assigns, the right to erect, construot, <br />maintain and use the necessary poles, wires, conduits and such o ther <br />fixtures and appl2ances, overhead and underground, as may be deemed by <br />it,or them necessary or essential to enable it or them to transmit , <br />electricity through and along the streets, alleys, highyvays and public <br />places of the Village of Y+llayfield, Ohio, fbr the purpose of furnishing <br />and supplying electric service to the Village and its inhabitants. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLIIGE OF NIAYPIELD, <br />STATE UF OHIO: <br />SEGTION._1. That THE CLEVELAND ELFCTRIC ILLUPd1IP1ATIIdG COMPANY, <br />its successors and assigns, bea and it or they are hereby, granted the <br />right to erect, construct, maintain and use the necessary poles, wi res, <br />conduits and such other fixtures and appliances, overhead and underground, <br />as may be deemed by i'u or them necessary or essential to.enable it or <br />them to transmit electricity_through and along the streets, alleys, <br />highways and public places of the Village of Mayfield, for the pui•pose <br />of supplying electric service to the Village and its inhabitants. <br />SECTIO N 2. The location of all poles, piers or supports <br />shall be sizbject to the control.of the Council of the Village of Ma,yf'ield,
