C-0 <br />The word vehic7.e means everything on Vrheels, or runners, includes <br />.\ <br />equestrians, horses hitched to a vehicle, and led horse?, but this ordi- <br />, <br />-- nance shall not he held to apply to vehicles of the police departmen.t- and <br />vehicles run upon rails or tracks, except as otherwise herein provided. <br />General <br />SECTIOid 2. Vehicles sha ll be driven in a careiul manner and <br />with due regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrian.s and all <br />other vehiclos. <br />SECTION 3.
