V SECTION 52. In case of accident to or collision tivith persons <br />or prope?^ty upon any of the public streets of the village of Mayfield, <br />due to the driving or operation thereon of any vehicle, the person so <br />driving or operating such vehicle shall stop and give such reasonable <br />assistance as can be given and sha11 upon request of the porson injured <br />or any person,give such peraon hazname and address, and if riot the ovmer, ,. <br />the name and address of the o=ier of. such vehicle, together vTith the <br />registered-number,of -such vehicle in case such vehicle is . motm <br />propelled. SECTION 53. Drivers shall have a clear and unobstructed <br />` <br />view in front and to both sides of their vehic l.es and sha7.1 have a clear <br />412yV to the rear of t}ieir veliicles by direct view or by mirror. <br />SECTIO N 54. Any pe-rson upon being fbund guilty of violating <br />any section or part of section of this ordinance shall be subject to the <br />f'ollotiving penalties: <br /> <br />For the iirst offense any person upon, convic'tion ._;may be <br />fined not less than one dollar ($1.00) no-r more than tv,renty-five <br />dollars ($25.00) for the violation of an y provisions excepting sections <br />2, 3,8, 16, 46, 47 and 520 <br />For tlie second offense any person upon convictionOr 1_violation <br />of any provision of this ordinance, excepting seetions 2, 3, 8, 16, 46, 47 <br />and 52, may be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than " <br />fif'ty dollars ($50.00) or impiisoned not more than thirty (30) days or <br />both. <br />For any subsequent oi'fense any person upon conviction of the <br />I violati-on of any provision of this ordinance excepting sections 2, 3, <br />8, 16, 46, 47 and 52, if said conviction be within one year of the firsl; <br />offense, May be f'ined not'less than ten dollars (4p10o00), nor more than
