" <br />BE IT ORDr1IP1ED by the Counc il of the Village of <br />Ma,yfield, Ohio: <br />Section lo That the salary of the C1erk of the <br />Village of IVlayfield, Ohio, for' the term of ttivo years, beginning <br />January first, 1926 „ shall`be Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per <br />anntun, payable in equal monthly installments. <br />Sect-ion 2. Before begirining his duties as Clerl: <br />fb r said t&rm of tw o years beginning January lst, 1926, the Clerk <br />shall furnish a bond in the surn of Five Hundred Dollars (,,??500.00), <br />payable to the Villa.ge of I-viayfield, Ohio, with surety satisfactory to <br />the Council and it shall be the condition of said bond that if said <br />Clerk shall w.ell and truly perf'orm all the duties imposed upon him <br />b,y 1aw9 then such bond shall be null and void, otherwise it shall <br />remain in full force and virtue in law. <br />Sect?on 3. That Seetion No. 3 of Ordinance No. 2 <br />passed TiIarch 24t11, 1921, entitled "An Ordinance fixing the salary <br />and cornpensation and amount of bonds of village oif'icials" is hereby <br />repe a1ed. <br />? <br />Section 4.
