/ <br />/ <br />ORDINANCE; NO10e <br />By NIx° <br />An ordinance rogulating thr pteparation, <br />filing and acceptance of plats and the <br />dedica,tion and inprovements of highvaays. <br />BE IT ORDAiNE°D BY the councill o#' the Vi7.lage of MaSrfield, State <br />of Ohioo <br />Section. 1. That Section No.S of Ordinance No.9, passed Api°i1 ll.th, <br />1921 be and the same is here'oy amended to read as follows: <br />SEction Na.S. In making such surveys p].at and dedication., the <br />applicant shal]. obsex°ve a,r.d conf'orm to the Folloviing requirements; <br />(a) No intersecting street, or streot between px°opex°tJ lines shall <br />be less that fifty (50) feet in width; but alleys, not lvss that twenty (20) <br />feet 3n ividth, may be laid out in rear of lots froriting upon adjoining streets. <br />(b) Pdo dead-end highway sha11 be laid out f'roi,.,the as intersec•ting <br />highway unless the Council shall determine that ?'- ??' suLh <br />pl.?;n impracticable, and adequate turning space for vehicles, in case of dead-and <br />highviays, must be provided at the.dead-end. ThesQ res-hrictions, hovaever, shall <br />not apply where the highways are carried to the lioundry of the proposed allot- <br />:aent, and the ad.Uoining land is unrzlloted property stiir3ceptable to allotment. <br />(c) In oz°der to seeure continuity of ci•oss and main roads, the highvPay <br />lines must conform,as nearly as possible,to the existing hi.ghwiays on record <br />at the time of filing the plata (d) v-very plat shall contain a restriction by the owners oi' the all_ot- <br />ment that no ovaner of any lot therein shall, at ar_y time, construct a house <br />or dmelling thereon less than fifty (5(?) feet froin the streat 13.ne. <br />Section 2.
