Highland'Heights <br />and Mayfield Villages, Cuyahoga County, Ohiom <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY the Council of the Village of MayfieZd, <br />Cuyrzhoga County, Ohia, three-fourths of all the members elected thereto <br />coneurringt <br />Section 1: Tha-t consent is hereby given to the Boa rd of County Commissionsra <br />of'Uuyahoga County, Ohio, to i.mprove Highla.nd Road Extension, eastward from <br />Miner R,oad to S.O.PAe Center Road, in Highland Heights and IGTayfiold Vi1J.ageu, <br />Cuyahoga County, 0hio, by grading and draining the samea <br />Section 2: This ordinance is hereby declared to bo an emergency ordinanca <br />necessary fbr the immediate preservat'ion of the public hea.lth and safety. Such <br />necessity exists by reaa)-n of the unimprovecl condition of said road between the <br />points liereinbef'ore designated,in consoquence whereof great public inconvenience <br />is being suffered and public travel endangerecl and'delayed, and for tlZe reason <br />? that it is necess€irjr to procead at once in order to complete the irnprovenient of <br />said road during the coming year. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of this Council is hereby directafi to cp-use a certi- <br />fied copy of this ordinarice to be filed with the Board of County Comnissiomers <br />of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, together with affidavit of said Clerk, in duplicatea <br />as to publishing or posting of the foregoing ordinanee, as required by law. <br />Passed: Septo 13thg 1926 <br />! ?/?.?-?
