Center Road nave been ?duly and legally served with noticva of -said resolution, but said^ property owne.rs have fa.il-ed to construct said sidewalk as required Uy said resolution, and ?NHEREA5, this Council believes and therefore deelares it neces- sary for the public health, peace and safety that sideualks sha11 be in- s-talled-in said-stz-oet from the Southerly boundary of the Village to the Southerly line of V+Tilson iVIi11s Road, 1Vow, Therefore, ? BL IT ORDiII LD BY THE COUTdCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NIAYFIELD, STxTE OF OHIO, three-fourths of a11 members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That said plans, specificata.ons, profiles and esti.mates of cost of said improvement be and the samE are here- by approved and adopted and.it is.ordered.that the same shall •at all times be kept on file in the off'ice of the Village Clerk open to public inspection, - ` c Seetion 2. This council hereby declares that said improve- ment is conducive to the public health, convenience and safety, and is necessary for the preservation of the public health, we1- fare and safety. Section 3. That it is hereby determined to proceed with the construction of sidevaalks on the Easterly side of S.O.M. Cente_r Road from a point beginna.ng at the Southerly boundary of -this Village and the full length of said street to a point at the Southerly li-ne of Wilson Mil1s Road; that said sidewallcs shall be constructed of stone glagging and in a11 respects according to the plans and specif ications notiv on file in the office of the C1Erk of tnis Village. ?r Section ?. That the en-tire cost of constructing said side- walks shall be levied on all the lands abutting on the Easterly sidc of S.O.M. Center Road, and abutting said sidewalke between a point commencing at the Sou'uharn boundary line of this Village and a point on the Southerly line of VVilson I14ills Road.
