<br />ORDTNANCE N0. 79 <br />By 1VTr. <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE MAXIMUM RATE <br />FOR ELECTRICITY IN THE VILLAGE OF <br />MAYFIELD, STATE OF OHIO. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE vILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />- SECTION 1: That any person, firm or corpoi•ation supply- <br />ing electricity to the citizens, individuals, firms or corporations <br />in the Village of TMayfield, or.`.supplying electricity for public grounds, <br />' buildings, streets, lanes, alleys or.other public places, situated in <br />the Village of Mayfield, sha11, during a period of ten (10) years f'rom <br />and af-L-er the time at which this ordinance shall legally take effect, <br />charge for eleetricity so supplied, except f'or emergency, special or re- <br />serve service to another source of supply, not to exceed five cents (1u) <br />per kilowatt houe and a monthly minimum charge not to exceed seventy-five <br />cents (75,d). Said person, firm or corporation shall f'urnish and keep <br />in repair meters for 'Uhe me asuring of electricity so consamed, without <br />? making any separate charge f'or the use or repair of samz. <br />SECTIOIV 2: The filing of an acceptance.by any person, firm <br />or corporation of the terms and conditions of this ordinance with the clerk <br />of the Council within ten (10) days after this ordinance shall take effect <br />shall constitute a valid and binding contract, and sucYi person, firm or <br />corporation shall not be requiredto furnish electricity at a less rate <br />during the period fixed. ' <br />SECTION 3:.
