ORDINANCE 1V0. ?O <br /> <br />B3' RrCO <br />An ordinance to regulate traffic on the <br />street s and public highvaays of the Village <br />a,nd declaring an emergency, and amending <br />Oxdinance No.5,passed Ilta,rch 24 1921 entitled <br />"An ordinance to regulate txaffic on the <br />streets and public highvaays of the village." <br />Section 1. Pedestrians, drivers and opera.tors of all vehiclea <br />must at all ti.mes comply with clirections of the Marahal or any member of <br />the Police Department in connectiora with the movfng'of traffic. Such <br />direction may be by eoice,ha,nd, semaphoxe sign, whistle or mechanical <br />devise or otherevise. Section 2. No oevner, driver or operator of a vehicle ghall <br /> <br />, <br />? <br />cause or pem3t a vehicle to enter the intereection of etreet or public <br />highway when the red light of a aemaphore sign is flashed in the direction_ <br />in which said vehicle is travel3ngo Vehicles turning to the right into <br />another street shallu ot/on a red light. <br />Section.3. Vehicles turning to the right into another street <br />shall turn the corner of the street intersection as near to the right hand <br />cu.rb tks possible. <br />Section 4. gehicles turning to the left into another street shall <br />pa9s to the right of and beyond the center of the street intersection before <br />tnrnino unless otherwase d3rected by a police officer or semaphore sign <br />01.'
