ORDINANCE No. 149, <br />BY MR. WTLLIS <br />A1V ORDINANCE FIXING THE SAL9RIES AND BONDS OF THE VILLkGE OFFICERS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE VILLAGE OF. NIAYFIELD, CUD-iOGA <br />COUNTY' OHIO, that: <br />Ssction 1. The sa.lary of the Mayor for the term ending 33ecember 31, <br />1935, shall be Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per annum payable in <br />equal installmentse The Mayor sha1l give bond to the Village in the amount <br />of Five Hundred Dollars ($500000). <br />Section 2. The salary of the Clerk for.the term ending December 3I' <br />1935., shall be Four Hundred Dollars (?'+40Qe00) per annum9 payable in equal <br />installments. The Clerk shall give bond to the Vi.I.Iage in the amount of Five <br />Hundred Dollar's. <br />? <br />Section 3. The salary of the Treasurer for the term ending December <br />31' 1935, shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per annum, payable in equal <br />installmentso The Treasurer shall give bond to the Village in the ambunt of <br />Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). Seetion 4. The salary of the MarsYial for the term ending 33ecember <br />31, 1935, shall be Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per annum, payable in equal <br />installments. The iVfarshal shal.l give bond to the Village in the amount of <br />Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). <br />Section 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />ordinance necessaxy fbr the immediate preservation of the public health., safety <br />and convenisnce for reasons apparent from the contents of this ordinance. <br />Passed the I8th day of December' A.
