(n) An "apartment" is a room or suite or rooms in an apartment lzouse which room or suite is arranged, intended or clesigned to be occupied as the residence of a single family, individual or group of individuals. (o) A"single family dwellingu is a r3welling either detached or semi-detached,-arran.gsd, intended or designed to be occupied by a single family.
