NO-ff? THER.EF'ORE, BE IT ORDAINE.D by the Council of the ViLZage of Plfayfield., State of Qhio:: Section 1. That F. A. Fease be and he is hereby employed and appointed as Engineer 'within aa.id for the Villa.ge of Mayfield. Section 2. That he shaLl prepare :P11 necessary plans, profiEes, necifications and estimates of cost•of every kind necessary £or a.ll street im-provements. Section 3. Tha.t he be heZd responsibZe to this Council for the faithful execution of aTZ vJOrk unclertakan by thi.s CounciZ9 pursuant to :approved pl.ans and specifications. , . Section 4. That a.ll inspectors appointed by the Road Commi.ttee of tYiis Council shall be uncler }ii.s direct supervision and shall repart to aald receive their instructions from him. Sectian 5. That he wi17 furnish to this Council frantage maps and specifi- cations of aIZ necessary a.mprovements, for the guidance of this CounciZ anrl for the information and guid.a.nce cf contractorso Section 6 s That he wilZ make and deLi.vei ta this Council monthI.,y reports of the progress of improvements under his charge, ztating cont3itions of same; together with any other matters of intersst desired by this CQUncil. kII pla.nS s1zall be fiZed a.n the Clerkts oifice upon completion of any street improvement. Section 7> Tha,t his serv; ces shall be at the calt of -any department of this Village, or any official acting in his or her official capacity. Section 8. That for such services, in connection vvith construction of pubLic improvements, he shalT receivs a sumequa,Z to four per cent (4q) of the totaZ actual cost of all improvements made. by this. Council and under his control, said su.m to be paid at the same time as the estimates upon tnrrhich such compEgsation is based.
