G4 ts t- 5 ;rr <br />kN ORDINl11?TCE TO fIPPROPRItiTE PROPERTY FOR STREET <br />PURPOSES <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of PJiayfield, <br />Cuyahoga Cou.nty, Ohio, at least tifdo-thirds of all members elected thereto <br />concurring, that: <br />Section la The following described premi.ses be and the same <br />hereby are appropriated for public use, f'or street purgoses for the onening <br />of Ridgebury Boulevard, to-Wit:- <br />Situated in the Vil7..a.ge of Mayfield, County of <br />Cuyahoga and St,ate of Ohio: Being part of Original <br />Mayfield Township Lot Noo 20, Tract No. 2 and being a <br />strip of land 40 feet in wid.th and measured at right <br />angles between parallel lines ad.jacent to and lying <br />irrunediately north of the south line of said Mayfield. <br />Village and included between the easterly and westerly <br />lines of lands heretofore conveyed by Arthur Dawson to <br />The Cleveland Trust Company. Said parcel of land has <br />a width of 40 feet and a length of about 675 feet. <br />The parcel so described is bounded on the west by <br />lands of C. C. Wise known as Lander Road kcre Tracts <br />and on the east by property owned by the Will-4k1ill, Inc a <br />Section 2.
