_ --_? , - <br />.: ? - . <br />' MINNTES OF A MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF <br />THE SINKING FUND OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />NtAYFIELD, OHIO <br />The Trustees of the Sinking Fund of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, met at the offiee of the Mayor on Tuesday, the 25th day of xugust, <br />1936, at 10 otclock A. M. <br />Trustees present: Donald Doster, Etiilalia S. Bennett, P. J. Parker. <br />Trustees absent: 1Vonee <br />Mre Doster presided at the meeting and 14rs. Bennett acted as <br />Clerk. The Clerk read a letter from Central National Bank of Cleveland <br />dated xugust 21st, 1936, oifering to enter into a contract with the <br />Trusteea fbr the deposit of the sinking funds of the Village of Mayfield <br />for the period of one year ending xugust 31st, 1937, and a.greeing to <br />_ pay interest at the rate of one-sixty-fourth of one per centum (1/64%) <br />per annum to xugust 23, 1937, and offering to deposit security in <br />-accordance -with the laws of the State of Ohio. <br />- It was moved, seconded, put to a vote and u.nanimously carried <br />-_that the bid of Central National Bank be accepted and that the Trustees <br />be authorized to enter into awritten contract tivith Central National <br />Bank of Cleveland. <br />There beirig no further busiaess to come before the meeting, <br />the same was duly adjourned. <br />? <br />} - <br />Clerk. <br />Approved: <br />Chairman. <br /> <br /> <br /> -_ /' ?
