The term "trailer" as used in this Ordinu.nce is nereby de- i'ined to be a house-ca.r or ca.mp-car or aqy vehicle or structure caps.ble of being propelled from place to place eitner by its oti-un posver or by pozver supplied by some other vehicle a.ttached, or to be attacned thereto' and 'aeing suitable for use as living or sleeping quarters. Section 2. It shall be unlavFriul for any person, firm or corporation as the owner' lessee or tenant or the agent of such person in charge of the land., to place, keep ar maintain a trailer as herein defined unon ary lot, piece or parcel of land witliin the Village of ?Jiayfield, unless such trail.er shall be directly supplied with pure and vdholesome vaater and sha11 have a se-oarate indivictual connection with a seytirage system designed and maintained in canl'ormzty to the san-itlary ordinances • of the Villagee Section 5. Twl. Section 4. Zt shall be unla.wful for any person, firm or cornoration to park or place or to permit the parking or placing of a trailer, as l:,rovided in Section 2 hereof, :tivithout iirst having obtained from the Marshal of the Village of I0ayiield a license so to do. The application for such license shall be signed b;yr the applicant and shall contain a description of the premises to be occupied, the name of the oVmer or occupant of said premises, the name and address of the trailer occupa.nts, the license number of the truiler a.nd the vehicle to -,lrnich it is or ma,y be attached a.nd such other in:E'ormation as the NIarshal of the Village of IMiayfield_ may require. The application sha.11 be endorsed with the tivritten consent to the parking of such trailer by tlze ovrner or responsible occupant oi the premises to be occupied, and such consent sn.all be signed by such _person. Section 5. Tne said license or permit so issued by t.'ne Pilar-shal of the Village of NIavrfield s'_nall be for a period not to exceed thir-tv days and the applicant sha11 pay o.s a fee therefor the sum of One Dollar (t1,00) f'or each dav covered by said license or permit, vfhich said fee shall be payable at the time the awlication is filed.
