Section 2. Any tra:ps or other devices designed or suitable f'or the <br />takir7g or trar?ping of anitnals which is sety kept or maintained sha1l in al1 <br />. <br />respects conform to the laws of the State of Ohio in respect thereof and all <br />such traps and devices shall be insDected Uy the person setting, keeping or <br />. maintaining the same each day prior to eight aQClack in the forenoon. <br />Section 3. A.n.y person wca sha11 vial.a.te this ordir_ance shall be <br />guilty of a misaemeanor and vpon conviction thereof shall be fined no-t -to exceed <br />Fifty Dollsrs ($50.00) an.d the costs of prosecution f'or a first oifens.e and for <br />a seconcl or subsequent offen5e sha11 be fined not to exceed One IIu.nd.y'ed Dollars <br />(?P'100.00) and the casts of prosecution. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby declGrecl to be an E7nergency <br />Ordin.aiace9 necessary fbr the iminediate preservation of the -publie health and <br />safety and convenience =or reasons apparent from the contents of said Ordinanee. <br />Passed the 19th day of December ', A.
