THE VILZAGE OF iV1AYFTELD V'TBEREAS, this Council is of the opin-ion that in the irista.Ilation of public improvements undertaken in this Village the Engineer on said improve- ments.should be held responsible for said iinprovements.by'-the preparation of pTG,ns and specifications, -the furnishing oi estimates and the performasice of the necessary engine.ering during the progress of the Vvork, and that the engineer should be heZd responsible far the faithfu.I performance of a71 public improve- ments, naw, therefore9 BE TT OE{.DAINED by the Council of the Vil.Iage of PJiayfield, State of Ohio: Section 1e That F.
