Tha,t: <br />Section 1. Whoever shall cause rubbish, ashes, refuse or other materials <br />to be dumped vvi.thin 'the Iimits,of any highvJay of the Vil.Iage or upon publ.ic <br />property or upon private property without the eonsent of the owner in writing <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereo.f shaZl be fined <br />not more than $50.00o <br />Section 2. No person, wrhether the owfter of the premises concerned or not, <br />or whether with the consent of the own.ze-r thereof or not, shall: cause any rubbish, <br />ashes, refuse or other materia.Zs to be dwnped upon priva.te property a.t a place' <br />-which wi11 be ygithin sight of a highvvay within the Village or within 300 feet <br />of a dweLling. kny person violating this section sha11 be guil.ty of a misdemeanor <br />axzd upon conviction thereof shaLl be fined not more than $50.00.. <br />Section 3.
