Couden, Inc. filed its bid <br />ihrith this Council offering to sell to the Village of Mayfiela one (1) 1942 <br />Pl,ymouth Black two doar Sedan for the su.m of $I05Ie51, and , <br />-ffliEREAS, said bid is the lowest and best bid received therefor: <br />ITOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDATNED BY THE COuNCIL OF THE VILLAGE QF 141AYFIELD2 <br />CUY.AHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, Thate - , <br />Section 1. The bid of Ea. Couden, Inc. filecl with this Council under <br />date of June 15, 1942 offering to se11 to this Village one (1) 1942 Ylymouth <br />Black two doar sedan for the sum of $1051.51 f.a.b. Village of P(a.yfield9 Ohio? <br />be and the same hereby is accepted. <br />Section 2. The proper officers of the Village be, and they hereby <br />? are authorized and instruc-ted to do aIl things necesszr-y to consummate the <br />purchase of said automobile to carry out the grovisions of th.is ordinance. <br />Section 3.
