REESER .AI?T 0RDINtll1,rCE TO PROVIDE FOR ThTE COLLECTIOPT OF GARBAGE %`?HEREAS, this Council.heretofore authorized and approved a contiract -v1ith Ralph Q-uigley for a contract with this Village to furnish the neces- saxy labor, materials and equipment to provide for the collection of garbage from the residences a.nd places of business located within the ; Village of IVlayfield and the transportation of such garbage out of the limits of the Village at a cost of 635.00 a month, to be gaid ly the Village9 and ' ZTMREAS, such contract is ca.ncelabZe upon action of either Party, and ' , ?d?I-3LREAS9 Ra].p-h Oi.iigley ha.s notified this Council that by reason of the fact that approximately thirty neu Louses have been erected in the Village since he entered into the discharge of r.is duties under said .. contract that lie no longer is able to perform said ser;%ices for tihe swn of $35.00 a month auzd has notified this Council of the term3.nation of said _ contract as of October 31' 1943, and P?tiS9 said Ra11?h ?uigle?r has offered to enter into a contra.ct w'ith the Village to do the same -tqork and perform the same services for -- the surn of p40000 a month, and t'dHERH,AS, this Council deems it for the best interests of the Vi1]_2ge of Mayfield that said offer be accepted, NOW, 1HENEEF'ORL BF IT GRDATNED Bx THE, COUiiCIL 0F THE VIrT AGE OF MACFIELD, CUYArIOGA CODZtTY, OHTO, That: Section 1. The performdnce of halph Ouigley of his obligations under said contract shall be under the d.irectioil of and subject to the supervision by the Mayor of the'Villaoea ' Section 3. This contract snall r•emain.in full force and effect until further action by this Council.
