That F. A. ,Pe•ase be9 and he lzereby is, em-ployed a.nc1 ap-- poin-L-ecl as Engineer irithin and far the Village of I'Mayfield. Seetion 2. That he shall prepare.all necessary pIans' profiles9 . specifications:and estimates of cost of every lcind for.all -public improvements Section 3. That he be held resronsible to this Council far the faithf'uT execution of all. public work undertal{en by this Cauncil, pursuant to plans and specifications approved by tliis CounciZm ?Section 4, That all.inspectors, appointed by the Road. Comm-ittee o% this Cauncil shall be under his direction and supervision and sha.1.1 re-,Dort to and receive their instructions from himo 5ection 5. That he SxriI.I iurnish to this Oouncil p1ans, specifications and estimates of cost oF ,aTI. necessary imDiovements for the guidance of this Council and for the informatiori .and guidance .of eontractors. Section 6o That' 7vhen reauestedg he shaLl ma.ke and deliver to this Council monthly reports of the progress of improvements under his charge, stating cond.itionS...or,. same togeth.er,.with any o.ther matters of interest desired by this Council.
