Eastern Daylight •Saving `l'ime, there will be <br />a Public Hearing in the Council Chamber of theVillage of 14iayfield <br />on proposed Grdinance No. x.71, the purpose of ~rhich is to amend <br />Section 3 of t?rdinaaice No. 159, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village <br />of TUlayfield, by deleting and removing from Class U 1 uses (Single <br />Family House) church; school; public library; public museum; <br />community center building; private club, excepting a club, the chief <br />activity of inrhich is a service customarily carried on as a business; <br />philanthropic or eleemosynary use or institution other than a penal <br />or correctional institution; hospital or sanitarium other than for the <br />®~ insane or feeble minded; public park; public playground; public <br />--.~ <br />recreation building; water tower or reservoir; suburban or interurban <br />electric railway passenger station and right of way, not including <br />rail~ray yards; and by adding church; school; public library; public <br />museum; community center building; private club, excepting a club, <br />the chief activity of which is a service customarily carried on as a <br />business; philanthropic or eleemosynary use or institution other than <br />a penal or correctional institution; hosr~ital or sanitarium other <br />than for the insane or feeble minded; public park; public playground; <br />public recreation building; water tot.~er or -reservoir; suburban or <br />interurban electric railway passenger station and -right of way, not <br />including railway yeards as Class U 6 Uses (Special Permit).
