Outlets for ranges and similar heating devices, and <br />for potiaer motors (over 1/1~ H P) each 1.00 <br />(j) Building or Eg-uipment not Specified: <br />The_fee.for-a .permit to construct-any building or install <br />any equipment, not specifically covered under Schedule of <br />Fees, shall be two-tenths (2/10) of one per cent of the <br />estimated cost, except that no permit sha?1 be issued for <br />less than ~D2.00. <br />No periui.t shall be required for musical instruments, radios, <br />television sets and sinu.lar pieces of householo.furniture <br />and equipment. . <br />Certificates of Occupancy Fees <br />There sha17. be no additional fee for a Certificate of Occupancy <br />issued upon completion of a new building. <br />(a) For a Certificate of Occupancy issued upon completion of an <br />enlargement of, or alteration to, an existing building 3.00 <br />(b) Ihzplicate of a Certificate of .Occupancy . 1.00 <br />Cer-~ificates of Approval <br />There sha71 be no additional fee for Certificates of Approval of <br />Plumbing, Gas Piping or Electrical Work performed under permit <br />issued for such work. _ <br />License Fees <br />The ar~nua1 fee for a plumber's license or sewer builder's license <br />or such other building trades or occupations as may be placed under <br />requirement of registration licensing, or certification by the <br />regulations of the Board of Building Code Appeals shall be Two DoLars X2.00. <br />Said licenses or certificates may be issued without exax~in.ation to <br />applicants licensed or certified in the same trade or occupation <br />by the City of Cleveland. <br />
