Section,,3 of Ordinance DTo. 298 is hereby amended to s~ead ~as fo~lm~s: . n5ec. 3.~, The.compensation of the Building Inspector & Service Director shall..:b®' X205.00 per months beginnir-g ir.th the month of 1pri1, 195~ts Payable from the treasury of the Village, .but maybe changed from time-to time by Council by ordinance or resolution. All building permit fees shall be paid into the Village Treasury and shall izot be retained by the Building Inspector & Service Director. nCouncil hereby adopts ratifies and. confirms and incorporates herein its action in passing a Motion at its meeting of November 6th, 1952, increasing the salary of the Building Inspector & Service Director to x].80.00 per month as of.Nove~mber.lst, 1952, and its action in passing a Motion at its meeting of April 19, 19511, increasing the. compensation of..the Building ?nspector & Servic® Director to ~205.Q0 per" mouth.!! ..
