C tJiAHOGA COITNTIr, OHIO. . ~r]HEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved a r~.ntenance and Repair program for the year 1955; and WHEREAS, a nuriber of the roads to be maintained and repaired are Village Streets and also County Roads known by the following names an d lying between the limits designated, viz: Road From To Highland i~Ti.ls on Tills 3nTili.te Lander SOM Center Road W. Line Tti!ayfield Village T~^li lson i~i11s Road ~hiEREAS, the maintenance anti repair is to include the following operations: 1. Repairing roadway berms. 2. Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systems. 3. Cleaning, repairing and treatment of road surface. 1a., 1•Zowing weeds on berms . 5, Repairing and installing guard rail. 6. That it is declared to be of public interest that th.e consent of the Village by and such consent is hereby given to the maintenance and repair on the above mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid, by the Board of Cow.zty Conunissi_oners. Sec. 2. Th_i.s Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance necessary .for tike.immediate preservation of the public health and safety; such necessity exists by reason of the fact that freezing and thawing action has created hazardous conditions on these roads, in conseouence tiahereof great public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and delayed, and said ordinance sha11 take effect at the earliest time as provided by la?z.
