Ordinance Noe 03 <br />By TUTro Swanson . <br />Seconded by Mr. Oatess <br />AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY SPECIAL ASSESST~IEIVTS FOR THE <br />IMPROVEI~TIIdT OF BONNIEVI}7?~~ R0.4D IN THE VILLAGE OF <br />T-'IAYE'IELD, OHIO, FROM SO M CENTER ROAD IN_1~N EASTERLY <br />DIRECTION TO .THE ,~G,IESTERLY LINE OF BEACH HILL ROAD, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MP_YF>=ELD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Sec. 1® That the assessment of the cost and expense of improving <br />Boruzieview Road in the Vil.l~.ge of Mayfield, Ohio, from SOM Center Road in <br />an Easterly Direction to, the Westerly line of Beaeh Hi11 Road, amounting in <br />the aggregate to ~13s94o.o0, as reported to this Council on.the 21st day of <br />February, 1955, by Board heretofore appointed to estimate said assessments, <br />notice of the filing of which assessments has' been given as required by La.zr, <br />be and the same is heraby adopted and confirmed, and that there be and there <br />is hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and ].ands,boundirrg and abutting <br />upon said improvement the several amounts reported as aforesaid, wnich <br />assessments together with the descriptions"of said lots and lands are no~J <br />on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, and which assessments <br />are in proportion to the special benefits and are not in excess of the special <br />benefits to said property,.:and.are not, in 'excess of anjl' statutory limitation® <br />Seca" `2 ® That ,the total ~ assessm~en-c against each lot or parcel of land <br />shall be payable in cash with_;n t2ii-rty; (30.) ..days from and after the passage <br />of this ordinance, or at the option of the owner, iri.ten.(10) annual instaL- <br />rr~ents wit~i' interest: aft the same rate as shall be ~borie on the bonds to be <br />issued iri anticipation. of the ~collnction of the same. .All cash pa;~ments <br />shall be made to the treasurar: of the ,v1~.a;ge' -~of• Mayfield.
