OTHER THAN _ <br />EXTITTGUISHMENT.:OF FIRLS. .. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, .THAT:. . _ .... _. _ . _ _ <br />Sec® 1. It shaJ1 be unlat~rful for any person, firm or corporation <br />( other than the Fire Department of the Village of Tayfield, in its <br />official capacity} to tap or connect into, or use any water from any <br />fire hydrant within the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, zahether on or along <br />dedicated,or. undedicated streets or on private property, except under <br />the direction-of~tYie Fire Department for fire extinguishment or other <br />emergency.use. ~ -~ <br />Sec, 2. Whoever shall violate Section .l of this Ordinance <br />shall be guilty `of a rnisdemeanor~ . ?.n: d. upon being found guilty thereof, <br />sha].7.. ~be punished by a fine of not mote than X500.00, or be imprisoned <br />for not more than 30 days, or both, and shall. stand committed until <br />such fine is paid. _ - _ <br />~~ ~. <br />Sec.
