The I~layor and the Clerk are hereby authorized on behalf of <br />the Villagege -of~.`:ayfield, Ohio, to en~er into an agreement in ~-r3_ting with <br />the City of University Heights, Ohio, which Urill_ amend the agreement in <br />writing with._the City of University Heights, Ohio, for the use of radio <br />broadcasting facilities oz Station NO,~ 93Z~ in _ connection i~rith motor <br />vehicles operated by the Police Department of the Village of I~Ta.yfield, <br />for a period of two years9 commencing June lst, 1955,~as authorized by <br />Ordinance No© 510, by including motor vehicles operated by the Fire <br />lepartment -of the Village of 1'lay.Field in said agreement. _. <br />Seco 2.
