It shall be unlaw•"u1. for arty person, firm or corporation, <br />to leave, cause to be left, or permit to remain outside of any building, <br />dwell.in.g or other structure, or taithin any unoccupied or abandoned building, <br />dtire7l~xxg, or other. structure, under his or its control, in a place accessible <br />to children, any abandoned, unattenc'~ed or discarded ice boy, refrigerator, <br />or other container of any kind ~rhich has anair-tight door, snap, or other <br />device from said ice boy, refrigerator, or container. <br />Violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be <br />punishable by a fine of not more thasi w100.00, or imprisonment for not <br />more than 30 days.. or both. <br />Sec. 2.
