Ordinance No. 516 <br />By Mr. Taylor <br />AN ORDINANCE, TO REPEAL ORDINANCE N0. 513 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THC VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD' CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: _ _ _ - <br />Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 513 entitled: "An Emergency Ordinance <br />Providing for-the Issuance of Bonds of the Village of Hayfield, Ohio, for <br />the Purpose of Provid~si.g the Village Portion of the Cost of Constructi on of <br />Water Mains in SOM Center Road, ~i.ghland Road' Wilson Mills Road, Ridgebury <br />Boulevard, Lander Road and White- Road., in the Village of Hayfield", is <br />hereby repealed• .. <br />Sec. ?o This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety, in order that another ordinance may 'be passed for the sale of <br />bonds in a larger amount, which is necessary in order to provide a fund to <br />pay for the vil7_age portion of the cost of constructing water main improve- <br />ments, thereby eliminating the existing hazards to the health of the residents <br />of this village, and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage as <br />an emergency measure. <br />Passed this 15th day of August, 1955. <br />Approved: <br />~ b~' <br />I~1ayor - resident of ouncil <br />Attest: <br />S ~ ' n erk <br />
