ROAD UNTIL <br />A NE?~7 SANI^lARY SEir~ER IS .CONSTRUCTED AID.- IN USE. <br />WI~REAS, the sanitary sewers on Wilson l~lills Road, between SOM <br />Center Road ar_d Beach Hill Road, and on SOM Center Road, between Wilson <br />P'xi.lls Road and the Sottth corporation lane of the village of hayfield, are <br />inadequate to carry the sanitary sewage flowing though said sewers, and <br />the construction of more buildings on land abutting said portions of said <br />streets would add to the load to be carried by said sewers and would <br />constitute a menace to the publa.c health of the village of ria.yfield and <br />its inhabitants; and <br />Tr~IiEREAS, the County of Cuyahoga is planning the construction of <br />anew sanitary sevrer, sometimes called the "Hilltop Sanitary Sevier", which <br />wild. provide adequate sewage facilities for ..the land abutting said portions <br />of said streets. <br />NOIr3' THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILIAGE OF <br />N1AYE'IELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THA^1: <br />Sec. 1. The Building Inspector and Service Director of the village <br />of Nk~yfield .is ordered not to issue arty more permits for the erection of <br />new buildings on land abutting ~lilson Nlil.ls. Road, between SOM Center Road and <br />Beach Hi11 Road, and on ].and abutting SOI~i Center Road, between Wilson IVIi11.s <br />Road and the South corporation lime of the village of Nk~yfield, until the <br />so-called Hilltop Sanitary Setirer or an: equivalent sewer adequate to carry <br />the sewage. along said portions. of~ said streets, is erec-ted. and in usee <br />Sec. 2. This ordinance is hereby decl2xed to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation. of the public peace, <br />health and safety of the village of-Mayfield and its inhabitants because of <br />the danger to the public health which would result from the, increased use <br />of the sewers hereinabove described, .and this ordinance shall be in force <br />and go into effect from and after the date of its passage.. <br />Passed this 15th .day of August,~1955. <br />Attest : ~ . <br />.~ ~ r <br />r <br />Approved <br />Mayor - resident of ouncil <br />
