THE COMPENSATION OF THE ROAD <br />FORII~IAN . .. - _ - _ _ - <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE~COUNCIL OF THE VILTIAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: - - ~ - _ - - . - ~ ~ - - - - ~--- <br />Sec. 1, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 252: A, entitled: "An Ordinance <br />to provide for a road foreman"D as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. <br />297, and by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3 57~ is_hereby amended to read__as <br />follows: <br />'` Sec. 3, Beginning January lst, 1956, the Road Foreman sha17. <br />be paid as-compensation £or his services the sum of X2,19 per hour <br />for the actual time spent by him in the discharge of. his duties, <br />which compensation sha]1 be paid on statements rendered by him <br />from time to time to the Council,10 <br />Sec. 2, Existing, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 252 ~, as amended <br />by Section ~f Ordinance- N®• 297 and by_ section l~,of Ordinance No. 3579 <br />is hereby repealed from and after this dates ~ _ - <br />Sec. 3• This ordinance is hereby d~c].ared t-o he an emergency <br />measure,_;necessary for the immediate greservation of the public pease, health, <br />safety and welfare of the pillage of.
