Section 3 of Ordinance No. 298, as amended by Ordinance <br />No. ?~-80, .is .hereby amended to read, as- follows= _ <br />~~ ~ rtSec. 3.' Begasuiing with January 1st, 1956, the compen- <br />sation of.t~uilding>Inspector & Service Director shall be at <br />the.rate of X2700.00 per year, but-may be changedfrom time to <br />time by Council~by ordinance or resolution®~ A11 building permit <br />fees sha11 be paid into the ,village Treasury and shall not be <br />retained by the Building-Inspector°&. Service Director.' The <br />compensation of ]:aborers employed to assist the Building. <br />Inspector ~ Service D~.aec.tor shall be at the rate of ~1e50 an hour." <br />Sec. 2. Existing Section 3 of Ordinance No.'298,~ as amended by <br />Ordinance ~I~o. 1.80, and any other orclinances inconsistent tirith this <br />ordinance a__re hereby repealed as of the date of the passage of this <br />ordinance: - t •. <br />Sec. 3. This ordinance~is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare, in order to provide adequate compensation <br />for the performance of the services of the Building Inspector & Serv:i.ce <br />Du°ector and his Assistants, and this Ordinance shall tape effect, and <br />be in force from and after the date of .,its passage. <br />Passed this 16th day of January, 1956. <br />.Mayor - resident of ouncil <br />ATTEST; ._ <br />S C1 <br />
