ORDINANCE N0. ,~... _ <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MA~'IELD, CUYAHOGA COUNl^Y <br />OHIO, THAT : - ~ - . _ . - _ - -, - _ . , . _ _ . <br />-$ec0 1® It shall be unlawful for any person within the Vi11a~e of <br />Mayfield, b-io, to disturb the good order, quiet, or peace of said T~unicipal <br />Corporation by unreasonable and unnecessary noises which disturb the peace <br />and quiet of inhabitants of the Village, by clamors and noises in the night <br />season, by intoxication, dr~uzkenness, fighting, using obscene, insulting, <br />rude or profane lanouuage in the streets and other public places to the <br />annoyance of the inhabitants of the Village, by lewd and lascivious <br />behavior, or by otherwise violating the public peace by indecent or <br />disorderly conduct. <br />Sec. 2. Arty person violating any of the provisior_s of this <br />ordinance shall, on conviction thereof,_be fined not less than X5.00 nor <br />more than X200®00, plus costs of prosec~xtion, or may be committed to <br />jail for not more than 30 days. <br />Sec. 3. Ordinance No. ~. entitled "An Ordinance Prohibiting a <br />Breach of .the'~eace and Providing a Penalty.Thereof", is__hereby repealed <br />as of the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Sec. ~.
