Tnt. All bids except that of S, & ~~..Construction Co. for the <br />construction of an 8" water main in GlenviewRoac3. are hereby.-rejected <br />' and the C1erlc is authorized and directed to return to all said bidders, <br />except S. & W. Construction Co., the certified checks which accompanied <br />their bids.. <br />_. _ <br />' Sec. 2, The Mayor and the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />are hereby authorized :to enter in-~o_ a contract_ on behalf of the Village <br />of Mayfield with S„ ~ Wo .Construction Co': for-the construction of an $sr <br />~ water main in Glenview_Road`from SOM Center Road in an Easterly direction <br />to Beech Hill Road for the sum of X13,851.00, according'_to the bid <br />submitted..by S, & ~T. ConstructionVCo. at such time as the necessary funds <br />for that pu-~ose..are available or ~n the process of collection. <br />Sec. 3.
