<br />UNDEDICATED PORTION OF :tiTORTOPI PARK DRIVE FOR-DEDICATION
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE .VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY,
<br />OHIO, THAT ; _ .... „ _ _ . _ _
<br />Sec. 1. The dedication of ~1~oocLls,ne Drive, North I~oodlane Drive,
<br />South +~oodlane 1~rive, Norman Lane, and. the previously undedicated portion
<br />of `'~ox°~on Park Drive, as shown on a dedication plat of said streets,
<br />presented by Dorton Park Association, Inc., dated July, 1956, and hitherto
<br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Mayfield,
<br />said streets being a part of original I`7ayfield Township Lot 20, Tract 2,
<br />is hereby accepted by the ViLage of I''jayfield, a_nd said streets and highways
<br />are hereby incorporated into the highway system of the Village of Hayfield,
<br />Ohio.
<br />Sec® 2. This Ordinance sha11 be in force and effect from and
<br />after the earliest period .permitted by la~,r.
