There is hereb=y established a Police Relief and Pension Fund,_which.sha].1. be governed by the provisions of Sections ?t~.31 to 7!;1.54 inclusive of the Revised Code of the State of Oh~.o and any amendments hereinafter enacted.- __ Sec. 2~ I°iembers of -the Board of 2'rustees of the Police Relief and Pension Fund shall be chosen in accordance with the above mentioned sections of the Revised Code of Ohio and shall have all the powers con- ferred by said sections.: _ _ Sec. 3, The Auditor of Cuyahoga County Ohio is hereby requested to levy a tax of tY~°ee-tenths ,- of .a, .mi.ll on each dollar upon all the real, and personal property as l~.sted for taxation in the Vil7.age of Mayfield for the purpose of provicling funds foi; the payment of the benefits and pensions for the Police Relief and Pension Fund,-as provided by Law. Sec. Z~.. The Clerk i~ hereby instructed to fox~aaz^d a certified copy of .this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County and to certify to the auditor of the State of Ohio in March of each year hereafter the name of•the Police Relief and Pension Fund of the Village of Mayfield and the total value of the real., and personal property as listed for taxation in the gi]~.age, k Sec® 5. -This Ordinance shall take effect and be i.n force from and after .the earliest period allowed by law.
