<br />BF. IT ORIIATNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE UrLTAGE OF MA7~IELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY

<br />Sec. 1. To the extent that, during the year 1956, any expendi-
<br />tures have .been made by or under authority of the Council of the Village of
<br />Mayfield, Ohio, for any items in excess ®f the amounts appropriated therefor
<br />by the appropriation ordinances and amendments thereto adopted in l~j~~, or
<br />for items for which no specific appropriations were made by said ordinances,
<br />the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is hereby authorized and directed to
<br />transfer sufficient moneys from other appropriation items which have not
<br />been fu31y expended and, if necessary, from moneys in the General Fund
<br />not otherwise specifically appropriated, to cover such expenditures, and
<br />the moneys so transferred are hereby appropriated for the purpose of
<br />making such expenditures.
<br />Sec, 2. This Resolution is deemed to be an emergency measure,
<br />necessa~e preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the
<br />Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants and this ordinance shall. go into
<br />effect immediately upon its passage.
