Strater <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PiIRCHASE CERTAIN FIRE EQUIPMENT FROM <br />JOHN BEAN DIVISION ~ FOOD MACHINERY & CHEI~22CAL.CQRPORATION. <br />Tr,TfE;REAS, due advertisement has been published according to law, inviting <br />bids for the, sale to the Village of Mayfield Ohio of certain fire equipment; and <br />~' S, John Bean Division -Food Machinery and Chemical Corporation <br />duly filed its bid with the Clerk in accordance with law, offering to.sell said <br />equipment, according to the specifications in said advertisement, to the Village <br />for the sum of X10,295.00; and _. <br />WIiEF,EAS, everything considered, said bid is the lowest and best <br />bid submitted. <br />NO'wT THEI~'ORE BE IT •ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAS OF HAYFIELD <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY. The bid of John Bean Division -Food Machinery and Chemical <br />Corporation -to sell to the Vil7.age of Mayfield an HPV -750 BFF John Bean Class A <br />Combination 750 GPM High Pressure Fog Fire Fighter.,_mounted.on Ford F-800, and <br />such other equipment. as is described in the above described bid, according to <br />the specifications cont~ ned in the advertisement for bids, for the stun of <br />X10,295.00 be, and the same hereby is, accepted, Said sum of X10,295.00 is <br />hereby appropriated for said purpose from the Equipment, Building Construction <br />~ Ma.intenance Fund. _ - <br />Sec. 2. The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered <br />to execute all sucli.documents and to do all things necessary to carry ottt the <br />provisions of ttLi.s ordinance. <br />Sec. 3.
