ORDINANCE No. 578 By Mr. 5trater AN ORDINANCE TO C~'IPENSATE THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND SERVICE DIRECTOR FOR THE. USE OF HIS .STATION ?WAGON BE IT ORDAINED BY THECOUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, C€3YAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT : . _ _ . - - - - -- - -- ' - ' See. 1. Until further order of Council' the Btu.lding Inspector and Servivice Director shall be paid the. stun of~p30.00 per month to compensate him for the use of his station wagon for vil~.age purposes. The Village of Nlayfiel,d shall pay the cost of minor repairs to said station wagon and also the cost of oil and gasoline furnished for said station wagon when used for village purposes. Sec® 2. This ordnance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, in order to obtain the use of the station wagon of the Builaing Inspector & Service Director, and this ordinance shat take effect and be in force from and .after the date of its passage.
