Center <br />Road by the cons truc uion of curbing and a s idewalk in the dedicated part <br />tnereof and of imnrovino portions of Wilson I?u11.s Road and Seneca Road and <br />an Easement parall.el to and abutting the East side of S.O.M. .Center Road,, <br />from Wilson iAills Road Soutih approx.imately 138 1/2 feety which Easement is <br />now held by the Village of Mayfield Ohio, by construction of a sidewalk. <br />NOW THER+a ORE BE IT ORDA.INED BY 3Hk; COUidCLr, OF THE VTLT,AGE OF MAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUiVTY OHIO; <br />Seco 1. That it is hereby declared necessary to issue bonds of the <br />Village of TZayfield in the principal sum of 05800.00 for the purpose of <br />raising money in anticipation oi the collection of special assessments for <br />-che improvement of the Southerly side of Iiilson rlills Road, from a point <br />198 fee-t East of the center line of S.O.M. Center Road to its intersection <br />T^71tYl S.O.M. Cen-ter Road by -the eonstruction of a sidewalk' and for the <br />improvement of the Northerly side of Seneca Road from its intersection wi.th <br />S.O.M. Center Road to a point 300 feet East of the eenter line of S.O.M. <br />Center Road by the construction of a sidewalk, and for the improvement oi <br />the Easterly side of S.O:M. Center Road from its intersection with ZTilson <br />1"1i11s Road to the hortherly Iine of Seneca Road by construction of curbing <br />arrl of a sidewalk in the dedicated paxt thereof9 and for the improvement <br />of an Easement parallel to and abutting the East side of S.O.M. Center Road <br />from Wilson 1-7i11s Road South approxi.mately 138m1/2 feet, which Easement is <br />now held by the Village oi 111ayfield, Ohio, by the construction of a sidei-Jalk' <br />as providecl in Resolution iqo. 404 adopted October 14th, 1957. <br />Sec. 2. That said bonds shall be dated DecemUer 1' 1958, sh.all bear <br />interest notiT estimated at 41o per annum, payable semi-annu.ally, and shall <br />mature in ten (10) annual installments after their issuance. <br />Sec. 3m That for the purpose of raising money in an-ticipation of <br />the levy of special assessments' and in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds in anticipation of the collection of s pecial assessmen'-?.s, for the <br />improvement of the above named st-reets and Lasement by constructin? a <br />sidewalk, together with curbing in the above described portion of S.O.M.
